PANTONE™ approved sheetfed blending inks designed for consistent production of high quality and reliable spot colors. Robust performance with outstanding press and bindery performance. Formulated to exhibit high mileage.
Inks include fade resistant, GOE and fully aqueous coatable colors. Each ink has been fully evaluated and approved by PANTONE. This blending system is supplied without waxes or driers. A drier/wax compound is added to each spot color as needed to help customize each finished ink to your exact press/substrate performance requirement. These blending inks utilize a high level of renewable raw material including vegetable oils and rosin. The system has been carefully formulated to be very environmentally friendly yet exhibit very high lithographic performance. Inks comply with Sun Chemical “Green Technology” guidelines. This includes VOC levels under 10%, vegetable oil content over 25% and renewable content of 50% or more.
Inks have been developed to offer dependable performance and work exceptionally well across a broad range of printing conditions. This includes working well on a variety of substrates and on the most demanding press equipment.
This unique blending system offers a higher pigment strength level than other typical PANTONE blending systems. This added strength allows more formulating latitude to help.

*Adequate ink drying time must be allowed (minimum 48 hours) depending on ink coverage and type of stock. Each printing facility should fully test all inks and coatings under their own specific press conditions to determine if any post processing limitations exist. An aqueous primer designed for UV off-line coating should be used over inks.
