Description
SolarLam UV 3977 Adhesive is a high performance UV curable laminating adhesive designed for laminations of polyolefins to white OPP or metalized OPP. It exhibits high bond strength, excellent cure and clear non-yellowing properties. It can be applied by flexo, roller or gravure methods.
SolarLam UV 3977 Adhesive is formulated to have the following proper- ties:
• Freeze / thaw stability
• Resistance to elevated temperature and humidity conditions
• Adhesion to polyolefin films
The recommended film weight for maximum performance of SolarLam UV 3977 Adhesive is 0.5 – 1.0 lbs / 1000 ft2.
SolarLam UV 3977 Adhesivewas tested to have 140 – 210 cps using a Brookfield RVT, #2 spindle, 100 revolutions per minute (rpm) @ 77oF (25oC).
SolarLam UV 3977 Adhesive slide angle is between 20 – 40. Results depend on application, cure, substrate and test method.
