VARNIBLUE Multi-layer Compressible Rubber Plate for Water Base and UV Coatings for accurate spot and flood coating. Made of polyurethane and rubber.

Fully compatible with Water Based (dispersion/acrylic) and UV coatings.
Resistant to standard chemical wash (except for ketons and acetates).
Improved coating transfer provides a better lay down on the printed sheet.
The rubber product allows intricate cutting designs.
INTEGRAL POLYESTER CARRIER
Provides excellent dimensional stability to maintain register control over longer runs.
Will not stretch (no change of spots dimensions) or deformation so will allow many repeated applications.
VARNIBLUE has a total thickness of 1.35 mm (.053) inch similar to the gauge of standard offset blankets but with the carrier made by a 0.35 mm (.014) inch bioriented polyester used in the place of the cotton plies of the blanket gives an absolute dimensional stability gives easiness and high quality in cut and peel both spot and flood coating areas.
The caractheristics offer no orange peel in coating transfer due to excess of pressure or no ink build up on the plate surface and is fully compatible with Water based and UV coatings.
